
Conductive material technology platform
In order to achieve stable kinetic compatibility between conductive particles and polymer system, the conductive particles were mixed with specific species, morphology and size distribution, and modified with dendritic surfactant. Microphase separation is used to realize the selective distribution of conductive fillers, and the silver grain structure of "polymer-conductive particles" similar to "paper-cut drawing" is formed at the same time of building an efficient conductive network, so as to achieve the characteristics of effectively maintaining high conductivity during high tensile deformation. The silver-like structure is simultaneously breathable and helps release residual stress from multiple bending and stretching deformations, increasing the durability and long-term reliability of conductive materials.
